Borussia Dortmund are keen to tie Nico Schlotterbeck down to a long-term deal beyond 2027, but it seems they will have to do some convincing amid growing interest in the centre-back.

The Germany international has already been linked with a number of top clubs, and now Bild reports that Paris Saint-Germain are showing "great interest" in him.

According to the German tabloid, the French champions could pay 60-70 million for Schlotterbeck and the chances of a deal happening are "not bad at all".

The 25-year-old is said to have particularly impressed PSG last year, when his performances in the two Champions League semi-finals played a major part in Dortmund's progress and the French side's exit.

Should Dortmund fail to qualify for the Champions League, it could prove particularly hard to keep hold of the highly-rated centre-back.
